Our Wedding cake was absolutely wonderful. We loved it so very much and the guest were so amazed it tasted and looked so beautiful. The grooms cake was so cute and my husband loved it and all the kids had so much fun with it. The service was also wonderful, and the lady who set up the cake was so sweet and friendly. She and the rest of the creations bakery staff was so friendly and listen to what I wanted in our cakes and did an excellent job with creating our perfect wedding cakes. I would recommend everyone to use creations bakery. I loved it and I would use it in the future.

In regards to feedback on the cake you provided to me on April 25, 2009, the cake was a hit with the guests of honor (Kim & Frank), as well as all the guests at the party.

Taste – excellent (all the guests said so)
Size – very good and more than enough to feed anyone interested and send some home with many people
Service – top notch, very thorough in providing what I wanted
Creativity – excellent, many different and unique ideas presented

Although I usually make all my own cakes, I would definitely use Creations again and recommend them to my friends. My experience was very positive. Making the cake is a big task and by allowing you to create this special cake for our guests of honor, I had more time to concentrate on other tasks. It really helped me enjoy the party more! It was my one and only child and he turned 21 that day.  I wasn’t sure where I would get the best cake for my money.  I had read an article in the Forsyth County paper some time ago that someone had purchased Party Art.  I was impressed by the news article and decided to check them out.  It was early afternoon and I would need the cake by 5 p.m.  No problem.  The nice lady asked me what kind of cake I wanted.  I said a two layer chocolate cake with fudge icing.  I was told it would be ready at five.  I was excited to see the cake so I arrived a little early and it wasn’t quite ready.  I went back to my car and sat with my son and two of his friends.  I went back into the store and  I was so happy when I saw it.  It was beautiful!  The boys came in from the car and as soon as my son saw it, he LOVED it.  He insisted there would be NO candles on that cake as it would ruin the beauty!  We took several pictures of this divine confection before cutting it.  My son really didn’t want to cut it.  It was the nicest present he had received for his birthday.  All who had a piece of the cake raved about how good it was.  That was truly THEE BEST CHOCOLATE CAKE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!  Choosing your bakery to make my son’s birthday cake was the best choice I made.  I will be back the next time I need a cake for a celebration.

Also, I am telling everyone I know about this wonderful cake and your bakery.  Marvelous!!!

I would highly recommend Creations Bakery. I had a wonderful experience. And they helped me in a very big pinch. My daughter’s birthday was rescheduled for a week earlier than planned. I had a very tight deadline and no time to get to the bakery to pick out a cake. They made it so easy. I email them a picture of what I wanted the cake to look like, and they said “no problem.” Plus they accommodated my close time frame. In addition to their incredible customer service, the cake was beautiful and so delicious. It was truly one of the best birthday cakes I have ever eaten.

The cake was really wonderful. My Mom is not a real fan of “birthday cake” but really enjoyed it. We left her with quite a large piece of the cake and I believe she had no problem finishing it on her own. As far as my observations, since you asked, I found the cake was delicious. I thought the cake itself was moist and light and the icing was beautifully designed with spring flowers…and best of all….tasted not too sweet. My Mom pointed out that the icing was really good because it wasn’t too sweet and it didn’t taste like “crisco” shortening like so many “store bought” icings do. So all around the cake was a great success and we all enjoyed it very much. I can’t really think of any way that you could have improved on this cake. and thanks for the bit of lemon filling between the layers. My Mom noticed that as well.

The cake we ordered from you exceeded our expectations! It was the most beautiful I could have ever gotten for my daughter’s 22nd birthday. The decorative pastel colored roses were done with much TLC, and the marbled cake itself was a wonderful suggestion that pleased everyone. There was only 1 sliver left at the end of the party. We REALLY enjoyed the Tropical Beach Birthday Cake you made for my sister-in-law’s birthday gathering (picture attached).  I brought it to the restaurant, and we had the waiter keep the cake in the back until after dinner.  When they brought the cake out, we spent a lot of time admiring the artistry of how the cake was decorated.  It was difficult to finally come to the point of cutting the cake because it was just too pretty to cut.

We made sure everyone at the dinner party had the chance to look closely at the cake, and several people took pictures of the cake before we finally had to cut it.  We had four children there, all under the age of 10.  The kids especially liked it.  They hovered over it, discussing just which piece they wanted.  One asked for a piece of the “coconut trees”.  Two of them wanted pieces with “sand” (colored sugar crystals that made the beach sparkle) on them.  Another wanted a piece of the “ocean” with its shimmering sugar crystals as well.

One of my relatives (a man in his forties) always politely turns down a piece of cake when it’s offered to him.  But I offered him a piece anyway.  I was SHOCKED that he ACCEPTED a piece!  I was even more shocked when he went back to the cake later and cut himself another piece!  You know that cake is something special when Steve has two pieces of it!  The cake was so moist, and the frosting was really thick and delicious!

Finally, I had ordered “HALF CHOCOLATE” and “HALF VANILLA”.  So, it was fun to see which half was which flavor cake.  And then, once I cut the cake and I knew which half was chocolate and which half was vanilla, I asked everyone which one they wanted.  My youngest niece said, “BOTH!”

Thanks again for contributing something special to my sister-in-law’s birthday celebration.  The Tropical Beach Birthday Cake was a BIG HIT!!

I recently ordered a cake from Creations Bakery.  The cake was delicious;  moist, tender, great flavor without being overly sweet.  I asked for the frosting to be very simple, just swirled with no flowers or decoration.  The decorator did a beautiful job with that also.   I will definitely return for another cake the next time I need one.

After a short casual conversation, you came up with a unique design which thrilled my daughter and made this birthday special.  I was not expecting this…especially since my order was placed so close to the pick-up time.  The cake itself was delicious!  Your icing is perfect…sweet enough but not too sweet…and just right!  Our family agrees we’ve never before enjoyed a cake as much as we’ve enjoyed this one.

My first was a gift basket for my daughter who is diabetic.  It was delicious and very creative.  The basket was full of sugar-free chocolate figures using a frog theme. My second experience was a custom designed cake for my daughters’ birthday.  The entire cake was shaped like a frog (my daughters’ favorite).  It was a hit at the party. I was very please with the cake we ordered for my son’s 7th birthday. It was my first time ordering a cake from this bakery and I certainly will order my custom cakes from this bakery over and over again. We ordered a Bakugan cake. Even though it was such short notice they were able to squeeze my order on their tight schedule and they were very patience as we brainstormed for the final design for the cake.The design came exactly as I ordered it. Needless to say my son and the guests (kids and adults) were in awe when they saw the cake. Then, the best part was the flavor, best vanilla cake & buttercream I ever tried in my life. I am very picky when it comes to cakes because I have been baking my cakes for years and I am always on the search of that bakery that will make a cake that I would love.
